Pondering...

Happy '08

Well, its a new year. Here it is '08. Everything is anew...right? Pretty soon, ill be another year older and hopefully a little wiser. I know I havent been posting much as the holidays have been a little crazy. The driving miles have built up over the last month to see family and friends. Now its back to reality. What am I going to do when i have to work 5 days next week. EGAD!!.

One thing I AM pondering is what to do with this blog. One part of our lives that is important to us and I feel inclined to write about is our running. Mrs. H. and I have been running competitively for a little while now. We are running the New Orleans half, I am planning on running the Cleveland full and hopefully Chicago as well. Also the Cincy 10k is up for me too. Running has become an important part of our daily lives. We plan around it, keep schedules for it, dont miss it, train for it, sleep for it...yeah, um, its important. So I feel that I might somehow intertwine a bit of that into this blog.

I feel like this tiny slice of the www might expand a little bit to incorporate more of what we do at 316 Prospect.

Thanks for reading.

Mr. H.

Thanks for stopping by. :) There's quite an impressive running blog contingency out there. You should check out the Running Blog Family over at CompleteRunning.com.

I really think you'd enjoy the Chicago Marathon. Last year was a complete freak chance that they unfortunately didn't prepare for. Two years ago it was 38 degrees with a freezing drizzle. This year has to be ideal conditions. I'm convinced! Good luck with training! New Orleans is a great race I hear!
