We got an UPGRADE

Mrs. H. and I bought our Christmas present to each other last weekend. Living room furniture. I know, I know, I can't believe it either. What started out as a trip to buy a new chair, ended up with us saying "Oh, thats a nice living room set." So with a trip to Furniture Fair, we came away with this sofa, matching chair and 1/2, and an ottoman. Well, not THIS ottoman. We bought the one that matches the sofa. We are looking to purchase the leather one in the picture soon.

To say the least, we were very pleased with our experience at FF in Cold Springs, KY. Our salesman Bill was very helpful. He gave us all the details of the furniture, was pleasant to converse with, didn't try to talk over our heads, and most of all, made us feel like we were the most important ones in the store. Heck, he even took the cushions off the sofa and stood on the springs. He took care of us and I feel good about that. There is still some good customer service in the world...You just have to look a little harder to find it.
